Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what information PierForge collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. PierForge does not run advertising trackers, sell user data, or build profiles for marketing.

1. What we collect

  • Information you submit. When you email us at [email protected], we receive whatever information you choose to include in your message — typically your email address and a short description of your operation. We do not require any other information.
  • Approximate location. Cloudflare provides the country your request originates from. We use this only to route you to the most relevant language version on your first visit. We do not store the IP address.
  • Language preference. When you select a language, we set a cookie named PIERFORGE_LOCALE so that future visits respect your choice. This cookie contains only the language code (for example, en, zh-cn, or zh-tw).

2. How we use it

  • To contact you about the early-access programme you applied to.
  • To assess whether PierForge is a fit for your operations.
  • To deliver the right language version of the website.

We do not send marketing emails. We do not pass your email to third parties for sales or marketing. We do not enrich, score, or profile you against external data sources.

3. Third-party processors

  • Cloudflare — provides the hosting and edge network. Cloudflare receives your IP address as part of normal web traffic; PierForge does not store it.

Your emails to [email protected] are delivered by your own email client directly to our inbox. No third-party form processor is involved.

4. Retention

We retain submitted email addresses for as long as your early-access application is active, or until you ask us to delete the record. To delete, email [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my data."

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. You can also request a copy in a portable format. Email [email protected] to make any of these requests. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

The only cookie we set is PIERFORGE_LOCALE, described above. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers at this time. If we add analytics in the future, this page will be updated and the change will be visible at the top of this document.

7. Children

PierForge is a business product. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

8. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes materially, the home page will display a notice for at least 30 days following the update.
