PierForge replaces the fragmented 3–8-person manual coordination layer that CN brand exporters rely on today with an AI operations layer that runs continuously. Every domain that currently requires a human hand-off — compliance, channel listing management, logistics coordination, cross-border payments, daily ops briefing, and audit record-keeping — becomes a managed workflow.

Built for China's brand exporters across all major export clusters — Greater Bay Area, Yangtze River Delta, Bohai Rim, Fujian, Sichuan, and others. The platform is designed around the constraint of exporters shipping to 3+ destination markets via 3+ channels simultaneously.

## What we do

PierForge addresses six operational domains that currently require manual effort:

**Compliance checks**
HS code classification, FDA/CE/UKCA product markings, CEPA origin rules, and anti-dumping exposure checks — all before an order is placed, not after. Replaces 2–5 day per-corridor specialist turnaround with an automated brief.

**Channel listing management**
Edit one SKU. System drafts updated listings for Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify simultaneously — and flags Amazon FBA's 7-day promotional pricing notice, TikTok Shop UK's age-restricted category rules, and any cross-channel pricing breach before publish.

**Logistics coordination**
Shipment briefs generated from order data. Carrier routing recommendations. Customs document drafts. No manual copy-paste from prior shipments.

**Cross-border payments**
Coordinated payment scheduling across multiple rails (Shenzhen factory, HK freight forwarder, overseas distributor). FX exposure summary per shipment. Consolidated audit trail.

**Daily ops brief**
08:00 brief from live API data — Amazon SP-API orders + TikTok Shop merchant data + payment-provider reconciliation + customs broker filings. Not a summary of yesterday's email. Replaces 60–90 minutes of manual reconstruction.
